LION STORE believes that resolution should be fair and complete, regarding short- and long-term matters, and that they should be handled in a courteous and open manner.

Due to warranty restrictions from the factory, Close circuit pumps and motors must be replaced together to avoid voiding the warranty.

Some of our items are AFTERMARKET REPLACEMENTS. We will no longer provide refunds based on the assumption of a part being OEM.

Items MUST be clean and in original packaging on intake. Items packed dirty or using dirty packing materials will be returned at your expense.

Special order items are non-returnable, but most other items may be returned within thirty (30) days of the customer receiving their part.

Warranty claims returns are at the manufacturer's discretion and under their own warranty policy. We cannot refund warranties rejected by the manufacturer.

Shortages and discrepancies must be made within five (5) business days after delivery.

Returns under USD$5.000 on returnable parts returned we will refund within 30 days. Over USD$5,000 A credit will be issued within 7-10 business days of the date that we receive and inspect the return, has a 25% restock fee.

A return can be initiated via phone at +1 407 822 1242 with customer service team or by emailing info@lionstore-parts.com, your choice. After a return has been issued it is valid for 30 days. Any returns not received at our warehouse within 30 days are void.

Products with core returns, customer must return cores within thirty (30) days, if for any reason core return exceed this time will be assessed all applicable fees.

Once your return request has been approved, an RMA (Return Material Authorization) will be generated. RMA has a 25% restock fee.

(1) Items being returned for credit, exchange, or repair must match the original invoice.

(2) Items being returned for credit or exchange must be unused and in original packaging.

(3) For warranty claims, equipment must be within the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please contact customer service for warranty conditions. A warranty information form must also be completed and sent with your items. Please see the full Return Policy updated on our website.

(4) Parts and equipment must be returned in adequate condition in proper packaging and shipping material. Failure to do so will result in the product being returned to the sender.

(5) Lion Store reserves the right to return products which is deemed customer damaged, or no fault found from the RMA.

(6) Once issued, the RMA is valid for a period of thirty (30) days. RMA must be returned within thirty (30) days of the customer receiving their part.

(7) The RMA number is to be clearly marked on the outside on the outside of all shipping containers.

Once your return has been received and inspected, a credit will be issued within 7-14 days

All returns must be assigned a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) in advance - obtained by calling +1 407 822 1242 with the customer service team or by emailing info@lionstore-parts.com. You will receive an RMA, along with a prepaid shipping label and instructions - to speed the return. Simply affix the return label to the package and drop it at specified carrier – we will handle the rest!

*Any goods returned without authorization will go back into stock but will NOT be refunded unless you contact Lion Store within 30 days of return.

Please note, Lion Store is not responsible for return freight on oversize items. Please call if you need to check fitment before ordering.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is a tracking number assigned specifically to your return and is used for internal tracking purposes. At Lion Store, our RMA numbers look like this – LSRMA1234.

Lion Store will issue a credit for the full price of the part purchased, less:

  • The original outbound freight charge cost incurred by Lion Store (if Lion Store paid the freight on the initial order) has a 25% restock fee.
  • No other hidden fees or charges

What if the error was made by me (e.g. ordered wrong size etc.)

If you purchased the wrong part, and it arrives at your location undamaged, Lion Store will credit you the full amount of the price paid for the original part. Has a 25% restock fee. You will be responsible for return freight and any additional fees incurred in the shipping process (Including taxes and custom clearance)

If you are not sure you are ordering the correct part, please email info@lionstore-parts.com or call us before ordering. Have your existing part number ready and we will do our best to help you get the right part the first time! We understand all too well the frustration of having a machine down for maintenance!


What if the error was made by Lion Store (e.g. wrong part delivered etc.)?

If the error was made by Lion Store or our supplier / partner, we will credit the full amount of the order (part price + Tax + any freight / Handling) paid by you. We will also provide the prepaid return label free of charge (This excludes local taxes (different country than USA), for international orders and shipping).

Are there limitations on items that can be returned?

Special order items are non-returnable, but most other items may be returned within 30 days of the customer receiving their part. Most consumable parts. All sales are final after 30 days. The product must be new, in salable condition and in the original packaging. Parts cannot be returned if the part was installed or modified. Unacceptable returns will be sent back to the customer on request at the customer's expense.


Can International orders be returned?

Yes, international orders may be returned. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, and all international orders must be received within 30 days of the customer receiving the package. Has a 25% restock fee.


What if my return is extra-large – such as a pallet of product?
